An entry in the book Auswanderungsliste fuer die fruehere Pfarrgemeinde Twist in den Jahren 1838 - 1910 nach Amerika for the family of Joh Bd Sommer noted Maria Helena's place of birth as Fullen and gave her parents' names. SOURCES: Anna Helena's parents' names were not on her marriage record at Sts Peter and Paul. She was thought to have been a sister of Johan Bernard WUEBBEN and his parents' names were on his marriage record. Gerhard Heinrich WUEBBEN who had the same parents was known to have emigrated from Klein Stavern (Soegel.) The records of Soegel parish were checked for Anna Helena, calculating her year of birth from her age on the 1860 census, and her baptismal record was found there. Her parents' names were taken from that record.

Most information was found in Dave Halm's WCdb. There was an entry for Maria Elisabeth in Walter Tenfelde's book Auswanderungen und Auswanderer aus dem ehemaligen Kreise Lingen nach Nordamerika but without KB (church records) as source. Freren parish records were checked and a corresponding entry was found there for Maria Elisabeth. Her parents' names as noted above were taken from that record.
